ToxPubMed is a medical toxicology literature search and evidence-triage tool developed by Medical Toxicology LLC, a company based in Arizona, United States. ToxPubMed helps users search toxicology-focused PubMed-indexed literature, retrieve ranked evidence cards, and review confidence-based evidence summaries. 2. Information We May Process

ToxPubMed does not create user accounts, user profiles, saved search histories, or stored search records. The service is designed not to store user search queries or user-submitted search content. Limited temporary technical processing may occur only as necessary to operate the service, return search results, handle errors, maintain security, or support service reliability. ToxPubMed does not sell personal information.

4. No Patient Data or PHI

ToxPubMed is not intended to collect, store, transmit, or process protected health information. 5. Cookies, Analytics, and Local Storage

ToxPubMed does not require user accounts or login cookies. ToxPubMed does not currently use analytics tools. The service may use limited browser storage or cookies only if necessary for basic functionality, such as remembering interface preferences or selected search settings. If analytics tools are used in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what information is collected, how it is used, and how users may control or limit that collection.
