2. No accounts / no registration
- ToxCalc does **not** require registration or login. - We do **not** create user accounts or profiles.
3. Data we do not collect or store
ToxCalc is designed to operate without collecting or storing personal data. We do **not** collect or store: - names, email addresses, phone numbers - user IDs or account information (since there are no accounts) - advertising identifiers - analytics identifiers - **IP addresses** or persistent device identifiers (as part of normal operation)
4. Data you enter (temporary processing only)
When you enter: - a **substance name**, and - an **ingested dose** and/or **serum/blood level**, that information is used **only to perform the calculation you requested**. ### No database storage - The data you enter is sent only for **temporary processing** (if needed for the calculation). - After the calculation result is returned, the Service is designed so that your input is **not saved**, **not archived**, and **not stored in a database**. - The Service is also designed so that your input is **not stored in permanent application logs**. ### Please avoid identifiers ToxCalc does not need patient-identifying information. **Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or other identifiers.**
7. Security
We use secure connections (HTTPS) to protect data in transit between your device and our servers. However, no internet transmission method can be guaranteed 100% secure.
8. International users
Medical Toxicology LLC is based in the **United States**. ToxCalc may be accessed globally. Since the Service is designed not to store user inputs, we minimize the amount of personal data involved in cross-border processing.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA/UK), you may have privacy rights such as access, correction, deletion, or objection. Because ToxCalc is designed **not to store** user-entered calculation inputs, there may be no stored data for us to retrieve or delete.
