1. Introduction

Designed to enable doctors assess poisoning and toxicology cases, ToxAssist is a professional clinical decision support tool. This Privacy Policy details our methods of managing, handling, safeguarding patient and user data.

2. Processed Data

To use the service, users must register and subscribe. The following data may be submitted during use: • Patient case descriptions (free-text clinical notes) • Substance concentration levels • Optional clinical variables (e.g., symptoms, vital signs, labs) The system processes this input in real-time and generates structured output, such as: • Identified substance(s) • Predicted clinical effects • Related laboratory findings • Clinical and paraclinical insights

3. Data Storage Policy

ToxAssist does not store or retain any of the following: • User-submitted clinical input (patient history, labs, etc.) • System-generated output (predicted results) All information is used only for instantaneous processing and is automatically deleted from memory immediately after analysis.

4. Account Information

User accounts are managed through a secure identity management system. We collect and store the following account-related data: • Full name • Email address • User role (e.g., physician, trainee) • Subscription history We do not collect or store any personal health information (PHI) related to patients in our database.

5. Data Security

All communication between users and the ToxAssist platform is secured using industry-standard encryption technologies, including: • HTTPS (SSL/TLS) • JWT-based session tokens • Server-side authentication protocols Stored account data is protected using encryption-at-rest and secure database practices.

6. Data Sharing and Selling

• We do not share any user or clinical data with third parties under any circumstances. • We do not sell or monetize user, usage, or health-related data. • Data may be used internally, in aggregate and anonymized form, strictly for service improvement (e.g., usage analytics) but never for profiling or advertising.

7. User Rights

Users may contact support to: • Request deletion of their account and associated metadata • Request access to or correction of stored account data Clinical data is not retained, so no deletion request is needed for case input.
