These items, promoted for "microdosing," contain a mixture of non-hallucinogenic mushrooms. Despite lacking magic mushrooms (psilocybin) or other hallucinogens, they present significant health risks due to potentially undisclosed ingredients or harmful contaminants.

Incident Overview

As of June 13, 2024, there have been 25 reported cases of illness, with 12 individuals experiencing severe symptoms that required medical attention. Of these, ten were hospitalized, some needing intubation, mechanical ventilation, and intensive care unit (ICU) admission. Thankfully, no deaths have been reported to date.

Reported Symptoms

Individuals who became ill after consuming Diamond ShruumzTM products reported a range of symptoms, including:
